Fitness is for everyone
Synergy kids and teen fitness classes are designed to be beneficial but, importantly, fun. Our goal is to give your children the best possible foundations for a long and healthy life. Through interactive sessions, we coach our classes to help kids feel fitter, stronger and more confident within themselves, as well as helping them understand that fitness and nutrition are key to a healthy body and mind.
