White bean and tuna salad

Drain the tuna and transfer to a larger bowl
Add the beans, lettuce, onion and tomato to the tuna and combine well
Separately combine the lemon juice, olive oil and garlic in a small bowl
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Season with salt and pepper
Divide the salad into three serves
Dish one serving of the salad and refrigerate the remaining meals as leftovers
