Turkey Stir Fry

Heat coconut oil in a non-stick wok over medium temperature and cook the turkey for a couple of minutes
Add the onion, capsicum, carrot, broccoli and garlic and cook for a further 6 minutes
With only a couple of minutes remaining, pour the sesame oil and soy sauce over the top
Divide the meal into three serves
Dish one serving in a bowl and refrigerate the remaining meal as a leftover
