Turkey and halloumi burger: Recipe courtesy of Ali Tyler

Burger:
Mix turkey mince, red onion, garlic, chilli and coriander and a little salt and pepper in a bowl and make into 5/4/3 burger patties.
Grill burgers and haloumi
Serve burger on bed of rocket with chopped orange pepper, with haloumi and relish over the burger.

Two burgers per portion

Serves 2 meals

Relish:
Sauté onion in pan with olive oil.
Once saluted, mix with the rest of the relish ingredients (apart form gherkin) in a bowl and leave overnight for flavours to infuse.
Finley chop gherkin and add to relish.

Burger:
500g turkey mince
60g haloumi
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
1 red chilli
handful fresh coriander
1 orange pepper
100g rocket

Relish:
4tbsp light mayo
2 tbsp. saluted onion
1 tsp olive oil
1 gherkin
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp. sugar free ketchup

Cat 1- makes 5 burgers
