Tuna steak with chargrilled courgette ribbons
Using a potato peeler, shave the courgette lengthways.
Place the courgette ribbons on another hot griddle pan until chargrill strips appear
In a small bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper
Cover the courgette ribbons in dressing and serve with Tuna steak
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over ribbons
