Tuna and chilli burger

Preheat oven to around 175c
Mix all ingredients (apart from avocado, leaves and yoghurt) well in a bowl.
Using your hands shape the mix into 6 burger patties
Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 5-10min or until cooked through
Serve in iceberg lettuce leaves
Slice avocado add is and Greek yoghurt on top of each burger.

4 tin tuna
1 red onion
1 small red chilli, finely chopped (more or less to taste)
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 egg
3 Tablespoons of tomato paste
2 Tablespoon of coconut flour
Salt and pepper to taste
0.5 avocado
Iceberg lettuce leaves
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Cat 1- 2 burgers per serve
