Spicy yoghurt and goats cheese chicken
Put a few knife slashes in the chicken
Mix the rub ingredients in a bowl
Add the raw chicken to the bowl and cover well. Ideally leave for 30min to marinade
Remove chicken and grill or barbeque for 20-25min or until cooked, then dice
Boil green beans until tender
Serve chicken with mixed salad and green beans and sprinkle goats cheese over the top.
