Salmon , kale and pine nut salad
Fry the salmon fillet in 1/2 the coconut oil
Fry the kale using the other 1/2 coconut oil
Slice the avocado
Mix all 4 dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir well
Layer the kale, avocado, salmon on plate, then sprinkle pine nuts
Pour dressing over the salad
