Re-fuel Beef Stew
In a pan, cook onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft
Add beef, pepper, tomato and rosemary, bring to the boil then simmer for about 15min. Add extra water if required
Cook rice.
Stir rice and olives though beef mix and serve with leaves
