Prawn Stew
Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked but firm
Drain then slice into chunks
At the same time heat oil in a pan and add onion, celery, garlic, anchovy and chilli. Season and cook on a low heat for around 8min
Increase the heat and add the tomato, stock, wine and cook for 15min
Add the prawns and lemon juice and cook for 5min more then serve.
