Pesto Salmon and Asparagus

Cover the top of salmon fillets with pesto, pepper and half the cheese
Pre-heat the oven to around 350c
Place sliced tomato on top of pesto
Wrap salmon fillets fairly loosely in tinfoil
Bake in oven until cooked through.
At the same time, griddle the asparagus until tender but still with bite
Open tinfoil with a few minutes remaining and sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Serve salmon and asparagus with rocket

20-25 asparagus spears
