No sugar Granola Bar
Preheat oven to 200c (180 for fan or gas mark 6)
Mix oats, cherries, cranberries and seeds in a bowl
Melt butter and pour over oat mix ensuring well covered
On a separate plate mash the banana into a pulp with a fork.
Add the banana to oats mix and mix well.
Spread mixture, and press mixture down well onto tray to bind, onto a 30x25cm baking tray and bake for 20-25min.
Once cooked cut into 6 bars.
