Mackerel and green bean salad
Slice the ready to eat mackerel fillet
Boil the green beans in salted water for 4-5min
Wash the rocket and mix with sliced pepper
Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl
Mix the green beans, rocket and pepper with dressing
Lay sliced mackerel on top and serve
