Dairy Free Scrambled Eggs and Asparagus
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Mix through the chives, Himalayan salt and pepper
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook the eggs for 5 to 7 minutes, stiring occasionally to break up the eggs
Whilst the eggs are cooking, heat olive oil in a separate non-stick fry pan over low heat and cook the asparagus with garlic for 7 minutes
