Courgette and Prawn Salad

Combine the courgette, prawns, avocado and onion in a salad bowl
Separately mix the lime and olive oil and pour over the salad
Season with salt and pepper
Divide the salad into two meals
Serve one and refrigerate the second meal for tomorrow’s lunch

1/3 red onion, sliced
