Chicken Cobb salad

Hard boil the eggs.
Cube the chicken and cook in a non-stick skillet with coconut oil for 3-5 minutes;
Slice the hard-boiled eggs;
Mix chicken, eggs, all other ingredients and dressing in a bowl and serve

100g grilled chicken
30g blue cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 cups of romaine lettuce coarsely chopped
½ avocado diced

Dressing :
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp organic Dijon Mustard
A little bit of garlic (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

1.5 avocado diced

1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp organic Dijon Mustard
A little bit of garlic (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
