Chicken and Broccoli

Melt the butter in a non-stick fry pan over medium temperature and sauté’ the chicken with one crushed garlic for a couple of minutes
Add the broccoli and remaining garlic and cook for further 4-5 minutes, turning the chicken over after a few minutes
Divide the dish into two meals. Dish one serving of the chicken and broccoli and sprinkle half of the feta over the top. Season with salt and pepper
Refrigerate the second meal for tomorrow’s leftover
