Asian Ginger Salmon

Ginger salmon-
Cook salmon in pan with coconut oil
Combine say sauce, water and ginger in small bowl.
Remove salmon from pan and add soy sauce mix to pan and cook for 30’s

Sesame broccoli-
Boil broccoli for 2min then drain
Then sauté broccoli in a hot pan with the olive oil and sesame seeds for 3-4 mins.
Serve salmon and broccoli

Makes 2 meals

2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
1 tbsp. coconut oil
220g broccoli florets
2 tsp olive oil
4tbsp. sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
