Do I have to be a member to train at Synergy?
No, you can attend Synergy classes on a PAYG or multi class booking basis, although it will work out more cost effective to book one of our memberships if you are attending more than 1.5 classes per week.
Is there minimum contract duration for Synergy memberships?
We don’t believe in 12 month contracts. If you want to train with us then great, and if not, we won’t hold you to ransom. If you decide to cancel your Synergy membership we simply ask for one months notice in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to pay a joining fee?
After 18 years in the industry, I still don’t know how other gyms justify a joining fee! So, no.
Do I need to complete an induction prior to using Synergy?
No. We will be by your side during every session to help and support you and keep you on point with technique, and we will give you less easier or harder options as required. We’re here for you.
Can I use Synergy on my own out with class times?
Ours two gyms are used exclusively to deliver 1-2-1 personal training, bespoke group fitness classes, and private sports performance sessions, however, in addition, we do offer a small selection of open gym access times where members can use the gym on your own.
Do you offer personal training?
We sure do and we’re damn good at it too. Contact us for more info.
Can I book private bespoke group fitness and sports performance classes?
That you can. We offer private group session for sports teams, friends, colleagues and everything in-between. Contact us for more info.
If I can’t attend a class I’m booked into what happens?
We know life can get in the way of good intention sometime which is why our cancellation period is up to 5 hours before the class start time, where we will issue your account with a credit to book into another session of your choice. After the 5 hour window you will get charged the full price for the session.
For those who are members and consistently cancel late or don’t show up, we have a 3 strikes system where is you do this three times in any one month, the system will automatically block you from attending or booking classes for a week.

Do I need to book or just turn up on the day and can I pay cash?
All classes must be booked online or through the app and we do not accept cash payments.
What happens if a class I want to go to looks fully booked?
Book in anyway. It’s exceptionally rare we don’t get everyone into the classes they’d like to go to. When people cancel out, those on the reserve list are automatically moved up.
Do I get nutritional support with my membership?
Absolutely, you can’t out train a bad diet and we want you to get the best results possible. We offer all our Synergy Plus members complimentary access to our online SG3 fat loss and performance programme.
